This repair service company was a delight to work with. Our 7 year old Liebherr Fridge was not maintaining a cold temperature and Always Prompt Repairs understood the urgency of the problem. They had a delightful and knowledgeable technician, He quickly found the problem and knew exactly what to do. He would not leave until he was certain the problem was resolved, this was accomplished one day after I called them. The person answering the phone was kind, understanding and very patient.
